How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 – 10 business days. Wire transfers and ACH may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank. Once the refund is initiated, you'll receive an emailed confirmation with a reference number.

Vehicle & Villa Modifications

Booking swaps (e.g., Lamborghini Huracán → Ferrari 296 GTB) inside the refundable window are free. Modifications after that follow the tier table above based on the original pickup time. Date extensions are subject to availability and current pricing.

Force Majeure & Concierge Discretion

In cases of severe weather, mechanical issues on our side, medical emergencies with documentation, or verified flight cancellations, we will always work with you — typically offering full credit or a rebooking at no cost.

Reply to your booking confirmation email, use the link in your reservation portal, or call +1 (480) 915-4326. All cancellations are timestamped from the moment we receive them — please act early to secure the best refund tier.
